10 days of AUGUST 2024 - new registrations PC, LCV, CV and PTW
We present registrations of new cars, vans, trucks and singletracks in Poland in the first 10 days of this month, based on data from the Central Vehicle Register.
August this year saw a massive drop in motor vehicle registration results compared to the same period in 2023. While passenger cars are down -8.9% y/y, light truck registrations have already decreased by 20.1% y/y and heavy trucks over 3.5 t. dropped sharply by 67.7% year-on-year.
Unicycles continued their upward trend.
From AUGUST 1 to 10, 2024 were registered:
Passenger cars: 11,679 units -8.9% y/y
Commercial vehicles: 1,271 units -20.1% y/y
Cars and vans: 12,950 units -10.2% y/y
Trucks over 3.5t: 459 units -67.7% y/y
Motorcycles: 1,278 units +34.2% y/y
Mopeds: 544 units +26.2% y/y
