In the first half of 2018, 273.0 thousand of new passenger cars were registered i.e. by 10.5% more than in the same period of the previous year. According to the study of KPMG and PZPM entitled "Automotive Industry. Edition Q3 / 2018 ", a strong upward trend is visible in the category of higher class cars (segment E - executive) and luxury class (segment F), in which the number of registrations increased respectively by 49.7% and 45.5% y / y. The number of electric car registrations is growing rapidly.
